This Privacy Policy describes how Mohamad Lababidi, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (CA DRE #02077517) ("I", "me", "my"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website, sign in at one of my open houses, or otherwise share your contact information with me.
Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect: your name, phone number, and email address; information you volunteer about your real estate needs (for example, your buying timeline, financing status, or whether you are working with another agent); the property or open house associated with your inquiry; and basic technical information such as the date and time of your submission.
I use your information to respond to your inquiries, follow up after open houses and conversations, provide real estate brokerage services, maintain accurate client records, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals. I do not sell your personal information.
I offer optional, conversational text messaging related to your real estate inquiry (for example, a thank-you message after you visit one of my open houses, or a reply to a question you asked me).
Opt-in: Text messages are sent only if you choose to opt in — for example, by checking the optional consent checkbox on my open house sign-in or property inquiry forms. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of signing in, receiving my services, or any purchase. If you do not opt in, you will still receive full service and will not receive text messages.
Program details: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or contact me at (909) 406-6294 or mohamad.lababidi@exprealty.com. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is used by me and by service providers that help me operate my business (such as customer-relationship-management and messaging platforms). These providers process information on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. I may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to my brokerage as required for transaction compliance.
I retain contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a licensed real estate professional. Information is stored on access-controlled systems; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion; I will honor verifiable requests as required by law.
My services are directed to adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
I may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
